Modeling Single Event Effects in SkyWater 90nm Technology
Analyzed the impact of radiation on semiconductors by modeling Single Event Effects (SEE) in SkyWater 90nm technology as part of a collaborative research project.
My Role & Skills Applied:
- Simulations & Component Modeling: Developed and simulated custom components to study radiation-induced effects.
- Data Analysis: Interpreted results from a 25-hour experiment conducted at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
- Technical Expertise: Enhanced understanding of semiconductor physics, microelectronics, and radiation effects.
Final Outcome:
The research contributed to advancing knowledge in radiation-hardened microelectronics, providing critical insights into the behavior of semiconductors under extreme conditions.

CosmicQuest: Mission Motion
A board game for elementary school students to help them understand Newton's 3 Laws of Motion in a fun and interactive way.

My Role & Skills Applied:
- 3D Modeling & Printing: Designed game components using Fusion 360 and 3D printed with MK3+.
- Programming: Coded interactive game elements using Python and Raspberry Pi Sense Hat.
- Design: Created game visuals using Adobe programs and laser cut components with TruTec Speedy300.

- Collaboration & Client Communication: Worked with an actual elementary school teacher to tailor the game for educational use, developing strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Prototyping & Presentation: Produced 3 prototypes, iterating based on feedback, and presented the final game to the top 20 teachers in Indiana.
Final Outcome:
The game integrates one of the UN Sustainability Goals and was well-received in its presentation to educators.
